At NeroGiardini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original NeroGiardini shoebox or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the return.
